Submissions open for Semi-Permanent 2017 book

Bigger and better every year, the Semi Permanent live creative events are one of the highlights of the design industry calendar. Over 14 years, the Australian-born operation has pulled in over 400,000 attendees, featured over 800 speakers and expanded to six countries. It’s a celebration of all things design, bringing together exceptionally talented artists and designers to speak and spread inspiration.

Something to look forward each year is the book given to attendees which showcases amazing creative talent from around the world. The team at Semi Permanent have now put out a call for creatives who want to feature in the 2017 book.

Here are some guidelines you need to follow:

Disciplines

Photography, illustration, painting, design, 3D, sculpture, typography, street art… Really, your work could be any visual form, as long as it’s submitted in the correct format below.

Artwork Specs

185mm x 245mm (portrait) + 5mm bleed at 300dpi, PDF or JPG.

Submission

Upload your artwork to WeTransfer, Dropbox or Google Drive, and send the link to us@semipermanent.com with your full name, school (if you’re a student), website address/contact email and 100-word statement about the piece.

Just for your effort, you’ll receive a discount on any Semi Permanent event ticket in 2017. The deadline is 5th of February, so hurry up and get those creative juices flowing.
